Its not lawful na hindi na pwede magparenew starting october 31 2009 like what the Comelec stated. Sila rin na agrabyado and agrabyado hanggang ngayon, youths and adults all the same. Pero great job nonetheless! salute! salute! salute!! Its true that the law does not come to the aid of those who sleep on their rights. BUT for a person to be considered to have slept on his right, the right granted to him by the Constitution must have prescribed first!! This is not the case right now. Its true that the law does not come to the aid of those who sleep on their rights. BUT for a person to be considered to have slept on his right, the right granted to him by the Constitution must have prescribed first!! This is not the case right now. So, this is a real victory for all Filipinos..
