Tulong Kabataan for the victims of Mayon

The worst of it might be over but the residents near Mayon Volcano still need our help.

After lowering the Mayon alert to level 3, most of the more than 47,000 individuals in the evacuation centers have now been sent home. However, their lives and livelihood have been affected badly by the recent activity of Mayon and they need our help to recover.

Also, hundreds still remain in overcrowded evacuation centers and poor communities needing

  • foodstuff,
  • mats/beddings,
  • drinking water,
  • hygiene kits and medicines.

As the holiday break ends and the classes resume, we are asking the students and youth to start the year right and conduct donation drives, relief missions and volunteer work to help our kababayans in Bicol.
