    In Davao, the University of Mindanao is still implementing the No Permit No Exam policy and asserts that the CHED memo was just an appeal and not obligatory.

    in Tarlac State University, the score in the exam will not be recorded unless student shows the “exam permit”. so it means “no permit-no exam” p din un.
