For almost three months, we have gone to every corner of our nation and cyberspace to explain why WE, the youth, should elect OUR representatives in Congress and in the Senate. Despite the harassment and black propaganda from various forces who are against change, we have been successful in spreading our message of new politics to many of our kababayans.

Now its time for one last collective shout to let all Filipinos know that we are voting for a better future and that we want them to vote with us. Let us make May 7 the Blog Action Day for the 2010 Elections.

How can you participate? By doing any/or all of the following on May Seven:

1. Write on your blogs and websites WHY you are VOTING FOR KABATAAN Partylist, and Satur Ocampo & Liza Maza for Senators. Post the link to your blog entry in this page’s Comments section.

2. If you don’t have a Blog or personal Website, write using Facebook Notes, Tumblr Text, Friendster Bulletin, Multiply Blog, etc. Please post a link to your entry at our Official Accounts on Facebook (at the Status), Tumblr, Friendster (at the Testimonials), and Multiply (at the Guestbook). Or you can send the link at kabataan.net@gmail.com

3. On your Twitter or Plurk, make this your status for the entire Day: “I will vote for change. I will vote for KABATAAN Partylist (#152) and Satur Ocampo (#37) & Liza Maza (#33) for Senators.”

4. On your Facebook, use #3 as your Status too. But instead of typing KABATAAN Partylist, type @Kabataan, and then tag our official Fanpage.

For change to become possible, we will need every vote, blog, and status message. Let’s make ours count too. Participate and spread the word about BLOG ACTION DAY FOR THE 2010 ELECTIONS.
