I rise to speak on the killing of Gerardo Ortega or Doc Gerry, a radio talk show host, veterinarian and environmental defender, who was shot dead in the back of the head in a thrift store in Puerto Princesa City, where he was shopping shortly after his daily broadcast on Radyo Mo Nationwide (RMN).
