Attached herewith is the letter of complaint we filed before the Commission on Elections this morning with regard to the “poison letters”, death threats and suspected military harassment of Kabataan Partylist’s nominees, members and supporters. Kabataan Partylist Vencer Crisostomo today called Akbayan Rep. Risa Hontiveros Retired Gen. Jovito Palparan’s “new spokesperson.”
