Kabataan Partylist Executive Vice President Carl Marc Ramota today enumerated schools that are not implementing the Commission on Higher Education’s (CHED) anti-‘no permit, no exam’ policy memorandum.
Ramota said that the list is based on the compiled complaints of parents and students to Kabataan Partylist and NUSP’s (National Union of Students of the Philippines) ‘student report hotline’ with regard to the implementation of CHED memorandum 02-2010.

Kabataan Partylist Representative Raymond ‘Mong’ Palatino today slammed the partylist bids of presidential son Pampanga Cong. Juan Miguel ‘Mikey’ Arroyo and Energy Secretary Angelo Reyes.

The EDSA People Power 1 Uprising showcased the collective action of the Filipino people in defeating martial rule and defying tyranny. Kabataan Party-list Representative Raymond ‘Mong’ Palatino today called on presidential bets to speak on the halted per-pulse rate billing as per the granting of the Court of Appeals (CA) of a temporary restraining order filed by telecommunication giants Globe and Smart against the National Telecommunication Commission (NTC).
